Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres et les suites juniors étaient très spacieuses et propres. De plus, l'accueil du veilleur de nuit vers minuit était d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Le service du personnel au bar de l'hôtel, notamment celui d'Alexander, était également excellent. Nous avons également été impressionnés par l'intervention réactive et efficace du service technique de l'hôtel face à un problème de climatisation bruyante. La vue sur la rivière Daugawa et la ville depuis l'hôtel était magnifique. De plus, nous avons trouvé l'emplacement de l'hôtel idéal, à proximité de la vieille ville et accessible facilement par le tramway.
